The Syracuse Scorpions took on the Dallas Dragons at Tennant Healthcare Ballpark.

Bobby Tapia was a major contributor to the 6-2 Syracuse win over Dallas. The Scorpions third baseman went 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4. After today's action, Syracuse sits at 61-61, while Dallas falls to 65-57.

There was more than one reason the Scorpions beat the Dragons, but Tapia's big at-bat in the top of the third was an important factor. He staked his team to a 1-0 lead when he hit a run-scoring single.
