Lepa Lifts Eagles to 10-3 Win
Matt Lepa powered the Indianapolis Eagles to a win over the San Francisco Fire. The final score was 10-3. The Indianapolis catcher was phenomenal. He stroked 3 extra-base hits, including 2 home runs and 1 double. Mike Canales, the winner, improved to 8-3. He held San Francisco to 3 runs on 4 hits over 6.2 innings, while racking up 10 strikeouts. Indianapolis is now 69-52, San Francisco 48-73.

In the bottom of the third, Lepa had a 3-run home run for Indianapolis. It was his 15th home run of the season and put the Eagles on top, 5-2.
