Travis Gwinn added some punch to the Toronto offense, helping them outmuscle the San Francisco Fire, 8-7. In the game, Gwinn, who finished 5th in the NC in triples with 8 in 2021, went 2 for 4 with a home run, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. The losses continue to mount for San Francisco, which has now dropped 6 in a row.

With one out in the top of the ninth, Jaylen Taylor had a game-changing hit. The Trash Pandas first baseman slammed a run-scoring single off Scott Hargraves, making the score 8-6, Toronto.
