Brosch Stars for Giants in 10-5 Win
Detroit left fielder Keith Brosch made his presence felt in the 10-5 Giants triumph over the Sandusky Seagulls. Brosch went 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 4. The last-place Seagulls have dropped 4 straight games.

With Detroit leading 6-4 in the top of the seventh, Brosch hit a cutter from Travis Gross for a grand slam home run. It was his 6th home run of the season and put the Giants ahead, 10-4.

"We took advantage of our opportunities," Brosch told the Detroit Herald. "It's as simple as that."
