The Dallas Dragons downed the Boston Whistlers, 4-0, at Whislters Park. Dallas pitcher Pat DeChant definitely brought his A-game. The Dragons sit in second place in the American Conference South Division with a record of 65-53.

Cole Calkins cracked a home run off Jay Helm in the top of the first. His solo blast put the Dragons on top, 1-0. In all, Calkins had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.

"It's a mindset," said DeChant. "Just trying to do your job, trying to be consistent."
