Titus goes 3-for-3 to Ignite Gangsters Offense
The Chicago Gangsters defeated the Dallas Dragons, 11-9, at The Hideout. Chicago designated hitter Brandon Titus had a superb performance. He went 3 for 3 with a home run, 2 singles, and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Nate McClaskey got the win, improving to 4-1. He worked 5.2 innings, giving up 6 runs on 7 hits, while striking out 4 and walking 2. The Gangsters are now 42-75.

Chicago right fielder Glen Helms contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the third. With two down, he hit a sinker to right field for a 2-run single. It was his 99th hit of the season and put the Gangsters ahead, 2-0.

"It never gets old," said Titus. "Winning, that is."
