Giants Drop Another One, 5-2

The game between Indianapolis and Detroit is in the books, despite a little rain.
The Detroit Giants went down to defeat to Justin Thompson and his Indianapolis teammates. The final score was 5-2, in favor of the Eagles. Morgan Jenkins finished to wrap up his 5th save.
The Eagles got a big hit from catcher Matt Lepa. In the bottom of the sixth, Lepa smacked a 3-run home run off Detroit pitcher Julian Bryant. It was his 13th home run of the season. Suddenly, the Eagles were ahead, 4-2.
"I just trusted my stuff," said Thompson.
The Giants, at 60-53, have lost 5 in a row.
