Cabriales Heroics Not Enough in 12-11 Loss to Toronto
Detroit designated hitter Ruben Cabriales had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Cabriales slugged 3 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring three times, even as Toronto beat the Giants, 12-11. The win went to Cory Gregerson in relief. His record improves to 3-2. Devin Wickliffe took the loss. Toronto goes to 58-53, Detroit to 41-70.
