Eagles Squelch Nightmare Offense in Shutout Win
Indianapolis registered a win at Eagles Stadium by beating the New York Nightmare, 4-0. Pitcher Paul Mitchell was one reason why the Eagles triumphed. Mitchell yielded no runs over 6 innings to notch the win. He scattered 4 hits, walked 3, and struck out 8. His record improves to 10-2. James Gibson earned his 10th save in 14 chances.
