Garza goes 3-for-4 to Ignite Sea Turtles Offense
The timely hitting of Gabe Garza helped the Daytona Beach Sea Turtles down the Tampa Bay Captains, 9-5. Garza went 3-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 3 times and driving in 3 for the Sea Turtles. At 22-17, the Sea Turtles find themselves in first place in the National Conference South Division.

The Captains had been locked in a 3-3 tie with the Sea Turtles going into the bottom of the sixth inning. That changed quickly when the 23-year old catcher Nick Rastall came to the plate. Rastall hit a run-scoring double on a 0-2 fastball from Tampa Bay hurler Carlos Barraza. It was Rastall's 10th double of the year.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Garza. "And not try to do too much."
