Brawlers Squeeze By San Francisco, 7-6
Cleveland registered a win at The Backyard by beating the San Francisco Fire, 7-6. Pitcher Ken Bixby was one reason why the Brawlers triumphed. Cleveland reliever Miguel Soto was the winner. His record is now 2-4. The losing pitcher was Marcos Rosas. The Brawlers now have a record of 21-18.

Chris Quinton was the walk-off hero for Cleveland. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Brawlers left fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"I tried to mix it up, keep them off balance," said Bixby.
