Justin Bellamy was a major factor in the 12-5 Dallas win over Cincinnati. The Dragons left fielder was 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Chris Casady snagged the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits over 3.2 innings. He's now 2-0 on the season. The Dragons, at 19-20, sit in last place in the American Conference South Division.

Dallas won the game in part because of Jared Priest. The second baseman ripped a grand slam home run in the top of the second inning to put the Dragons ahead, 4-0. For the game, Priest had 1 double and 1 home run in 4 at-bats.

"I'm trying to see the ball big, see the ball up in the zone and put the barrel on it," Bellamy told the Dallas Daily News.
