Hialeah Loses Again, 9-5
The Augusta Capitols topped the Hialeah Firecats, 9-5, in Western AA action at The Capitol Dome. The game was highlighted by the performance of Augusta center fielder Adam Larson. Hialeah has now lost 12 straight.

Had Pablo Patlan not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and the bases loaded, Patlan hit a 2-run single. That made the score 7-5, in favor of the Capitols.

"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Larson told the Augusta Herald.
