Cornwall turned a good effort from starter Troy Conner into a win over the Cincinnati Bombardiers at King George Park. The Royals won the game, 3-1. The winner was Conner. He threw 7.0 innings allowing 1 run. The loser was Keith Jong. Kelly Powell earned the save for Cornwall, his 5th.
