Cincinnati center fielder Kyle Resko picked up 3 ribbies while helping his team beat back the Stockton Ragin Cajuns, 5-4. Chris Schreurs picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 1-0. Oscar Casas was tagged with the loss. Max Mascareno earned the save for Cincinnati.

Resko had a timely hit for Cincinnati in the bottom of the seventh. With Cincinnati trailing 4-2, he turned a 1-2 changeup into a 3-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season, making it 5-4, Cincinnati.

Said Stockton manager Jeffrey Troke: "They just got the better of us."

With the win, Cincinnati goes to 16-21, while the Ragin Cajuns fall to 17-20.
