The Sonoma Scorpions and Vermont Milkmen obliged fans looking for a good time.

The Sonoma Scorpions picked up a win at Ballpark of North Richland Hills, taking down the Vermont Milkmen, 6-5. Starting pitcher Steve Bueno was a big reason why. Sonoma has now reeled off 6 straight wins.

The Milkmen had been locked in a 1-1 tie with the Scorpions going into the bottom of the fifth inning. That changed quickly when the 24-year old right fielder Nate Galloway came to the plate. Galloway hit a 2-run triple on a 0-1 fastball from Vermont hurler Nate Benson. It was Galloway's 1st triple of the year.

"It wasn't our best performance," said Galloway, "but a win in this league is nothing to sniff at."
