Tigercats Trip Ragin Cajuns, 4-2, in Extra Innings
The Stockton Ragin Cajuns went down to defeat to Mike Redmond and his Vail teammates. The final score was 4-2, in favor of the Tigercats. Vail reliever Jonathan Bruckert picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Ryan Robertson took the loss. Rich Sargent recorded the save for Vail, his 1st of the season.

Vail took advantage of an error in the top of the tenth inning. The game was tied, 2-2, when Ryan Anderson hit a 2-run single that was misplayed. It put the Tigercats in front, 4-2.

"Mike did a good job of managing their lineup," said Vail manager Mike Alexander.

Vail, at 21-13, holds down first place in the Western AA Central Division.
