The London Tigers took Stockton pitcher Danny Pena's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Ballpark of Oklahoma City. The final score had London getting past the Ragin Cajuns, 5-2. Pena went 5 innings and allowed 1 run, striking out 6. Chris Casady got credit for the win, improving to 1-2. He allowed 2 runs on 7 hits in 6.1 innings. Travis Anderson earned his 4th save, after closing out the game.
Jim Marsh's at-bat in the bottom of the sixth was significant, coming with a runner on 3rd and the game tied, 2-2. The London second baseman hit a run-scoring single off Marc Stephan to put the Tigers up.
London manager Jose Torres called it "a good, solid win."
London is now 18-13.
