St. Louis third baseman Brian Hull made his presence felt in the 12-11 Cavalry triumph over the Stockton Ragin Cajuns. Hull went 1-3 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3. St. Louis reliever Edgar Ramirez was the winner. His record is now 3-2. Jim Unknown took the loss. The Ragin Cajuns drop to 12-14 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2024 season.

The decisive blow was delivered by Corey Pryor in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 3-run home run off 25-year old right-handed pitcher Jim Unknown to win the game for St. Louis. The home crowd went nuts.

"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Pryor told the St. Louis Chronicle.
