Scorpions Lose to Royals in Walk-Off
The Cornwall Royals faced a tough opponent in Sonoma pitcher Jose Ceballos, but found a way to pull out the victory at King George Park by a final score of 5-4 in 10 innings. Ceballos went 6.1 innings and allowed 2 runs. Early on, the Royals, at 12-5, have put the pedal to the metal.

The climactic moment came in the bottom of the tenth for Cornwall. That's when Ross Myer, who is tied for 7th in the W-AA in extra base hits with 7, hit a solo home run off Donovan March to win the game. The home crowd erupted in celebration.

"It's great when the crowd gets into it," Myer said.
