Ragin Cajuns Get Hard-Earned Win
The Stockton Ragin Cajuns banked on Matt Hanna and he turned in a masterful performance. The right-hander kept the Vail hitters in check. The final score was 2-1, Ragin Cajuns. Stockton pitcher Oscar Casas earned the win, hiking his record to 1-0. Jesus Howell suffered the loss. Jarred Gangi recorded his 5th save for Stockton.

In the bottom of the eighth, Stockton center fielder Ernesto Olvera hit a run-scoring single to center field. The clutch hit made it 2-1, Ragin Cajuns.

"Matt did a good job of managing their lineup," said Stockton manager Jeffrey Troke.

The win puts Stockton at 9-8.
