Stockton Bats Quiet in 6-1 Loss
Cornwall Royals starter Angelo Quezada kept the Stockton Ragin Cajuns hitters in check, leading his team to a comfortable 6-1 win. Losses have been few and far between for the Ragin Cajuns, who are now 12-4.

Leo Cortez was 1 for 3, while adding 2 RBI for Cornwall. The 26-year old center fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the third. With one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring single off Matt Hanna. It was his 16th hit of the season.

"It was a good team win. Everybody threw something in," Cortez told the Cornwall News.
