The Miami Boll Weevils clobbered the Cincinnati Bombardiers, 11-3, at Ballpark of Cincinnati. Leading the onslaught was Greg Moreno. He belted 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for Miami. Mike Brandon collected his 1st save. The loss drops Cincinnati to 6-5.

Miami took control in the top of the seventh. With one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Joel Wolk hit a run-scoring single to make it 4-3, Boll Weevils.
