Both teams had their opportunities, but in the end, the Hamilton Bulldogs got the win.

John Brown pitched well, but the London Tigers still lost the game, falling, 4-2, to the Hamilton Bulldogs at Mariachis Ballpark. Dave Taylor recorded the save, his 1st.

Sean Henry drew 1 walk for Hamilton. With one out and the game tied in the bottom of the eighth inning, Henry had a clutch at-bat. Facing London hurler Bobby Hardy, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run to give the Bulldogs a 2-1 lead.

"We made a couple of mistakes," said London skipper Fred Castricone, "and it cost us."

The loss has the Tigers at 4-6.
