The Stockton Ragin Cajuns picked up a win at Firecats Ballpark, topping the Hialeah Firecats, 6-2. On the mound for Stockton was right-hander Matt Hanna. He played a principal role in the triumph. The winner was Hanna. He threw 7.0 innings of shutout ball. The loser was Chris Simon. At 4-2, the Ragin Cajuns have played well so far.

Stockton used the timely hitting of Curtis Wojtysiak to capture the win. The designated hitter stroked a bases-clearing double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Ragin Cajuns on top, 4-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but he made it count.
