Bombardiers Earn Win with Late Rally
The Cincinnati Bombardiers snuck past the Stockton Ragin Cajuns, 6-5, in 11 innings. Cincinnati pitcher Keith Jong, in particular, had a standout performance. Max Mascareno, now 1-0, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on no hits in 2 innings. Cincinnati goes to 3-0.

Cincinnati took a 6-5 lead on Steve Francis's 2nd double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Francis hit in the top of the 11th, left Stockton pitcher Jarred Gangi visibly frustrated.

"The only difference is executing pitches and not executing pitches," said Jong. "When you don't execute, you get beat. When you execute, you usually give your team a chance to win."
