Mountaineers Park was the site for Eastern AA action featuring the Rohnert Park Cougars and Winchester Mountaineers.

A 3-RBI performance from John Hall, who is tied for 4th in the E-AA in RBI with 99, helped the Winchester Mountaineers beat the Rohnert Park Cougars, 5-0. Winchester currently is in first place in the Eastern AA Southen Division at 101-31.

With Winchester leading 2-0 in the bottom of the fifth, Hall hit a 3-run home run off Rohnert Park hurler Chris Zuniga. It was the 32nd home run of the season for Hall and put his team ahead, 5-0.

Hall attributed the win to "a well-rounded effort by the whole team."
