2025 is shaping up to be a forgettable year for the Washington Wildthings.

The Boise Dread Kings beat the Washington Wildthings, 7-0, at Ballpark of Boise. Starting pitcher Adam Matthews was a big reason why. He held his opponent in check all game. Matthews, now 12-5, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 7 hits, while striking out 8, walking 1, and allowing no runs.
