Riding the 3-hit performance of the 21-year old second baseman Adam Wright, the Aurora Suns stopped the Riverside Rotters, 6-2, in 9 innings. Aurora reliever Charlie Hunter snagged the win, upping his record to 4-1. Jimmy Grams shouldered the loss. With the win, Aurora goes to 71-51, while the Rotters fall to 82-40.

Justin Bellamy, who is tied for 8th in the E-AA in home runs with 27, took Riverside hurler Jimmy Grams deep in the top of the fifth. His 3-run home run put the Suns on top, 4-2. In all, Bellamy had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.
