Boise used a superb performance from starting pitcher Alex Lozada to down the Alcoa Millionaires, 1-0. Jordan Gaines, who is tied for 2nd in the E-AA in holds with 12, was the winner in relief. His record is now 8-5. The losing pitcher was Nick Alcorn. The 31-85 Millionaires have lost 10 consecutive games.

The decisive moment came in the bottom of the ninth for Boise. That's when Josh Engelke hit a run-scoring double off 22-year old left-handed pitcher Nick Alcorn to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"Nice to keep our winning streak intact," said Lozada.
