The Aurora Suns had to overcome a big game from Boise third baseman Larry Farmer to leave Suns Field with a victory. And they did, winning, 10-8. Farmer was 2-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Josh Edwards, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 6th save. Aurora, now 62-54, holds down 4th place in the Eastern AA Southen Division.

Brian Phillips, the Aurora left fielder, contributed a run-scoring single in the bottom of the fifth inning to make the score 7-5, Suns. For the game, Phillips went 1-4 with a walk.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Phillips said.
