Dread Kings Walk It Off for 65th Win of Season
Behind the hitting of Ryan Doyle, the Boise Dread Kings stopped the Fresno Running Rebels, 6-3. Doyle was 2-4 with a home run and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Dread Kings. Tom Herzing, now 3-0, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 3 innings. Boise is third in the Eastern AA Southen Division with a record of 65-46.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With one out, Doyle hit a fastball from Jeremy Adams for a 3-run home run. The Dread Kings, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"We'll take some time to unwind," said Doyle, "and then get after it again."
