Starting pitcher Mike Harris pitched well enough to help the Mesa Razor Sharks beat the Winchester Mountaineers, 4-3. Mesa reliever Matt McCracken was the winner. His record is now 6-1. The losing pitcher was Jeremy Chalmers. With the win, Mesa raised its record to 71-37.

Josh McIsaac was the walk-off hero for Mesa. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Razor Sharks right fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Getting ahead of the hitters was the key," said Harris.
