The Aurora Suns rode a solid performance from 22-year-old starting pitcher Sean Gary to a win, beating the Boise Dread Kings, 3-2, at Ballpark of Boise. The save went to Carlos Diaz, number 5 for him. At 51-55, the Suns are currently 4th in the Eastern AA Southen Division.

Aurora used the timely hitting of Pete Lemish to capture the win. The right fielder socked a 3-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Suns ahead, 3-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Lemish told the Aurora Gazette.
