Cougars Rally to Win

Both teams had their opportunities, but in the end, the Rohnert Park Cougars got the win.
The Rohnert Park Cougars picked up a win at Razor Sharks Ballpark, knocking off the Mesa Razor Sharks, 4-2. On the mound for Rohnert Park was right-hander Kevin Clinger. He played a key role in the triumph. The winner was Clinger. He threw 7.0 innings of 4-hit ball. The loser was Isiah Key. Justin Berardi recorded his 5th save for Rohnert Park.
Rohnert Park used the timely hitting of Devin Calloway to seize the win. The shortstop stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Cougars on top, 4-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
