The Riverside Rotters trumped the Rohnert Park Cougars, 10-3, at Rotters Ballpark. Riverside catcher Chris Terry was terrific. He slugged 3 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring three times. Kyle Rodriguez, the winner, goes to 11-6. He allowed 1 run on 4 hits, with no walks and 6 strikeouts over 7.1 innings. The first-place Rotters, at 74-26, lead the Eastern AA Northern Division by 5 games.

Terry had a key at-bat for Riverside in the bottom of the second. With the bases loaded, he hit a grand slam home run. It was his 16th home run of the season and gave Riverside an early 4-0 lead.

"We did more than enough to get the win," said Terry.
