Carolina third baseman Dustin Sheedy had a 3-RBI game, leading his team in its 7-5 defeat of the San Diego Fleet. Sheedy picked up 1 single and 1 double in the ballgame. With the loss, San Diego drops to 15-11.

In the first inning, Sheedy had a 2-run double for Carolina. It was his 7th double of the season and put the Reapers on top, 3-0.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Sheedy told the Carolina News.
