Dread Kings Reel Off Another Win
|
The Boise Dread Kings converted a terrific effort from starter Aaron Lasco into a win over the Mesa Razor Sharks at Ballpark of Boise. The Dread Kings won the game by a final score of 5-0. In 6 innings, Lasco surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 6 and walking 1. He allowed no runs. Steve Wright recorded his 2nd save for Boise.
Boise shortstop Adam Tyndall landed a blow when he belted a solo home run in the bottom of the fourth. It was his 3rd home run of the season. With it, the Dread Kings took a 2-0 lead.
"I believe in our guys," said Boise skipper Sean Drummond. "I like the energy they're playing with."
The wins continue to add up for Boise. The latest makes it 8 in a row.
