Perez Now 4-1 After Beating Dread Kings
The Aurora Suns eked out a 1-0 win versus the Boise Dread Kings at Ballpark of Boise. Nobody did more than pitcher Vicente Perez. He was terrific. Earning his 2nd save for Aurora was Micah Smith. Aurora is 4th in the Eastern AA Southen Division with a record of 44-38.

Perez, who was born in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, delivered a quality start for Aurora. The 6-foot-1 right-hander allowed no earned runs on 3 hits over 7.1 innings of work.

In postgame remarks, Perez hailed his team's "grit."
