Polecats Thrill Fans with 4-3 Win
The Libertyville Polecats topped the Aurora Suns, 4-3, in 11 innings at Field of the Polecats. The game was highlighted by the performance of Libertyville pitcher Ruben Moralez. Saul Guevara, who is tied for 2nd in the E-AA in holds with 7, was the winner in relief. His record is now 2-1. The losing pitcher was Josh Maughan. The third-place Polecats improved to 38-42.

The Polecats got a clutch hit from right fielder Mike Horstman. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Polecats.

"This was a tremendous character win for our team," said Libertyville manager .
