Starting pitcher Aaron Lasco did his part in helping the Boise Dread Kings thwart the Libertyville Polecats, 2-1. The win for the Dread Kings raised their record to 44-36.

Jorge Figueroa helped out the Boise cause in the bottom of the seventh inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the second baseman drove in one run.

"Aaron really held it together well," said Boise manager Sean Drummond.
