The Encinitas Eskimo Brothers defeated the Aurora Suns, 9-2. Doing his part was designated hitter Matt Anderson, who went 2-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Preston Todd got the win, improving to 5-1. He pitched 6.1 innings, giving up 4 hits and 2 runs, while striking out 6 and walking 3. The Eskimo Brothers have now reeled off 6 straight wins.

Anderson made an early impact for Encinitas when he stroked his 5th double of the season. The 2-run double, which came in the top of the third, put the Eskimo Brothers on top, 4-1.
