The Traverse City Bears handed the Rohnert Park Cougars a 6-3 defeat at Ballpark of Greenup. Left Fielder Chad Collett starred for Traverse City. He belted 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. The victory makes Traverse City 26-50.

With Traverse City leading 1-0 in the top of the fifth, Collett hit a cutter from Chris Zuniga for a 3-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Bears ahead, 4-0.
