Encinitas had no answer for Winchester Mountaineers hurler Ben O'Halloran, who overwhelmed Eskimo Brothers hitters as the Mountaineers coasted to victory, 6-1. O'Halloran got the win, improving to 2-0. He gave up 5 hits and walked 0 over 5.2 innings. He allowed 1 run. Winchester, now 54-20, holds down first place in the Eastern AA Southen Division.

The Eskimo Brothers had been locked in a 1-1 tie with the Mountaineers going into the bottom of the fourth inning.
