Traverse City Bears starter Sean Finch turned in an exceptional performance against the Alcoa Millionaires at Alcoa Grounds, resulting in a Traverse City win, 5-2. Aaron Lister picked up his 3rd save of the season. Traverse City is third in the Eastern AA Northern Division with a record of 39-32.

Traverse City used a clutch hit from Johnny Dantzler to get the win. The designated hitter drilled a 3-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Bears ahead, 5-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"I was just trying to execute one pitch at a time," said Finch.
