Kuperberg, Dread Kings March to 7-4 Victory
The Boise Dread Kings beat the Alcoa Millionaires at Ballpark of Boise. The final score was 7-4, in favor of Boise. Matt Kuperberg led the way, going 1-for-1 for the home team. Mike Trivett picked up the save for Boise, his 7th of the year. Today's win puts Boise at 38-33, while Alcoa falls to 25-46.

With Boise trailing 4-3 in the bottom of the fifth, Kuperberg hit a slider from Bill Dixon for a grand slam home run. It was his 14th home run of the season and put the Dread Kings ahead, 7-4.

"You've got to ride the highs and the lows in baseball in order to succeed," Kuperberg told the Boise Bulletin. "Right now I'm feeling good, but that don't mean squat for tomorrow."
