Bombs Away: Richins Slams 4 Homers
|
John Richins of the Mesa Razor Sharks had a history-making game against the Rohnert Park Cougars, clobbering 4 home runs in an awesome display of power in the 9-8 Razor Sharks victory.

"There have been a few times when I consciously tried to hit one out," said Richins later. "It doesn't often work, but it did today for the last one. I guess this day was just meant to be."
John Richins grounded out in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Jason Thompson in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Jason Thompson in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Sean Harris in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Brian Orms in the 9th.
