Felipe Gonzalez, who is tied for 8th in the E-AA with a 2.00 ERA, propelled his team to victory over the Boise Dread Kings. The final score was 5-2, Mesa. The Razor Sharks now have a mark of 40-25.

Mesa catcher Joe Roper contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the first. With two down, he hit a fastball to center field for a run-scoring single. It was his 27th hit of the season and put the Razor Sharks ahead, 1-0.

"Thought I threw pretty well and overall I felt good," said Gonzalez.
