Running Rebels Win with Late Heroics
|
Fresno starter Jared Robbins pitched well against the Aurora Suns at Running Rebels Ballpark. The right-hander led his team to a win, 4-3, in 10 innings. Fresno now sits at 37-26, while Aurora falls to 41-22.
The Running Rebels got a clutch hit from right fielder Sam Bingle. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to left, to win the game for the Running Rebels.
Robbins described the clubhouse as "kind of rowdy" after the game.
