Suns Rally to Nose Past Mesa
Both teams had their chances, but the Aurora Suns eventually prevailed.

The Aurora Suns weathered a fine game by Mesa first baseman Ty Lynch to upend the Razor Sharks, 7-6, at Razor Sharks Ballpark. Lynch hit 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Jim Unknown earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 3.2 innings. He upped his record to 1-0.

Aurora used the clutch hitting of Willie Trevino to snag the win. The pinch hitter drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Suns ahead, 7-6. It was his lone hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a crucial one.

"We got the victory," said Trevino. "That's all that matters at the end of the day."

With the victory, the Suns upped their record to 31-29.
